SPONSORSHIP & EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

You are invited to sponsor an event and exhibit your company’s products and services at the 2025 Idaho Association of Counties (IAC) Midwinter Legislative Conference. As IAC's premier event, this conference will host the largest gathering of Idaho's county commissioners in the state as well as Idaho's legislators.

The conference will take place at the Boise Centre from January 27-30, 2025. By sponsoring and exhibiting, you will be able to reach the purchasing power of roughly 300 county elected officials (commissioners, clerks, assessors, sheriffs, treasurers, coroners, and prosecuting attorneys) and their staff from around the state of Idaho. Historically, all 44 counties have been represented at the conference.

The exhibit hall will be open for two days this year: Tuesday, January 28 and Wednesday, January 29.

Please reference the Corporate Sponsor and Exhibitor Guide for more details about available opportunities at this event.

If you have any questions, please contact Jessica Roth, IAC's communications and marketing manager, by phone (208.514.0363) or email ([email protected]) Email is preferred.

We look forward to seeing you in Boise this winter!
