SPRING COUNTY OFFICIALS INSTITUTE

Join us at the 2026 Spring County Officials Institute (COI). This training is focused on county budgeting and includes, expert-led sessions, and collaborative learning designed to inspire, inform, and empower public leaders. Click here to view the agenda.

The County Officials Institute (COI) is a training program designed to provide the skills and knowledge to be an effective leader in county government. County elected officials and county staff are welcome to participate in the program. Courses will be offered in six locations around the state. The registration fee of $95 includes lunch, breaks, and conference materials.

Registration closes at midnight, eight days before each meeting.
On-site and late registrants will be charged $110.
